After a few days, Mobile Viking sent an email and resolved it.
I am now using Mobile Viking LTE. I think they use Play for connectivity and the speed I get is approximately 35 mbps download (looking at the internet) and 5-6 mbps upload (sending data).
I also noticed I get a very strong signal (maximum). My old internet service only gave me 40% strength (2 bars) most of the time and sometimes just 20%.
I may not be with MV for long because I probably need >15GB a month but the No Limit package only buys 15 GB, and also I would like port forwarding for a camera.
Port forwarding: When I tested my ports via CanYouSeeMe and YouGetSignal, the result was ports are CLOSED. I set the router to enable port forwarding for certain ports so that an IP camera can work on Port Forwarding using DUC and NoIP. However, it seems that either I have done something wrong with the configuration or that MV block the ports. I do not know which it is but I thought that MV do not block ports -- perhaps they do, perhaps they don't. My previous telco/ISP blocked ports because I they actually told me they block ports and disallow port forwarding.
ZaletyQuick delivery of SIM, easy activation of SIM after registering at a Play branch,
Quite quick response from customer service department,
Very good download speed and reception signal,
Innovative attitude that is likely to bring improvements to this market

WadyPort forwarding does not seem to be enabled (but I could be wrong as I am not an expert),
15 GB for No Limit may be too little,
There are other SIM ISP deals for less money and offering more GB (but speed and reliability may not be good)
30-day billing month (some services offer a 31-day billing month)
