I had to call the hotline, but the employee had no intention of investigating what might have happened. On previous flights, I received messages even in situations where the flight was delayed by even a few minutes. The flight has been canceled for days now, and my account is constantly running a countdown of how many days are left until the flight, which is no longer there.
