My signal keeps breaking up.
I am missing channels I should have as I pay for them.
Decoder broke already twice and I had to go and replace personally.
Their Customer Service doesn't take responsibility for the signal and tells me that my dish installation is the problem...
Basically they suck and am happy my contract ends next year, so I can move on!!!
ZaletyRecording which doesn't always work due to signal loss...
