  W różnych krajach podczas wyjazdów zagranicznych nie zawsze mogę się zalogować do wszystkich sieci.
  Między innymi otrzymuję komunikat "Karta SIM nie pozwala na połączenie się z tą siecią"

  Niedługo odchodzę z Lyca Mobile do Orange i tak się cieszę, że wróci normalny internet. Nigdy więcej Lyca oraz żadnego operatora MVNO działającego na Plusie!!!

  Kupiłem starter w Żabce za 5 zł. Zarejestrowałem. Włożyłem do telefonu (drugi slot). Przyszedł sms odnośnie jaki mam numer, skonfigurowałem apn zgodnie z instrukcją Lyca. Wykonałem połączenie aby numer aktywował się w systemach Lyca. W domu mam zasięg LTE. Odczekałem ponad 3 godziny i włączyłem internet i zrobiłem speed-test: download 2 Mbps, a wysyłanie 0,01 Mbps. Myślałem, że padnę. To najgorzej wydane 5 zeta w ostatnich latach.

  Skusiłem się na atrakcyjny pakiet Wszystko w jednym XXXL za względu na pakiet danych do UE. Cały pobyt za granicą nie działał mi roaming na dane komórkowe. Codziennie kilkanaście minut spędzałem na rozmowach z obsługą klienta, po zapewnieniech że teraz już na pewno będzie działało dalej nic nie działało. 3 dni przed końcem urlopu zgłoszono moją sprawę do działu technicznego, oczywiście nikt się już nie odezwał. Po powrocie do Polski karta straciła zasięg i już go nigdy nie odzyskała. Tak straciłem 100 zł w Lycamobile. Nie polecam

  Podzielę się opinią, bo sam szukałem przed przenisienim numeru i nie znalazłem szczegółowych informacji. Kolega mnie namówił i się skusiłem. Przeniosłem numer. Od początku niespodzianki: siec lycamobile nie obsługuje mms, czyli nie możesz wyslać ani otrzymać mmsa od nikgo. Nie chwalą się tym na stronie. Ok, przeżyłem to jakoś. Po dwóch tygodniach zorientowałem się, ze moje smsy nie dochodza do jednego kolegi. Zaczełem sprawdzać, okazało się, że nie dochodzą do wielu numerów, nawet do numeru z lycamobile, do całej sieci t-mobile i innych. 3 razy dzwonilem na infolinie i tak nic nie pomogli. Nie wspominjąc o szybkości Internetu - czasami mega szybki, ale w wiekszosci czasu predkośc minimalna. Uciekłem od nich. A i jeszcze jedno, mój kolega jak dzwoni czy wysyla smsy z Angli (jest w roamingu) to wyswietla się ciagle jakiś inny, nowy numer angielski, wiec jak chcesz do kogoś zadzwonic to mozesz sie zdziwic, ze nie odbiera telefonu bo się boi jak widzi zagraniczny nr tel.

  ta sieć to porażka nie aktualne punkty rejestracji które są zaznaczone na ich mapce w internecie, po odwiedzeniu 3 oczywiście bez powodzenia telefon na nr *******322 po ok 18 minutach i niezliczonych zapewnieniach automatu, że zaraz połączą wreszcie się udało uzyskać info gdzie mogę jeszcze zarejestrować kartę. Po aktywacji pakietu niechcący zmieniłem język na niemiecki i znowu problem bo brak info jak wybrać polski bo przecież nie mogę postępować wg instrukcji czytanej w niezrozumiałym dla mnie języku. 3 Próby połączenia się z nr 322 spełzły na niczym bo po ok 10 min oczekiwania na połączenie głos z automatu że zaraz się połączę nagle zanikał i głucha cisza. Jest to mój pierwszy i ostatni kontakt z tą siecią ja nie mam czasu ani ochoty siedzieć godzinami z telefonem na próbach połączenia się z działem obsługi żeby rozwiązać byle problem, a skoro nie odbierają albo czas oczekiwania jest tak długi to tylko potwierdza że z siecią jest coś nie tak.

  Dno. Co tu dodawać więcej? Kupiłem z myślą o internecie za granicą. Strasznie się rozczarowałem. Brak zasięgu w Niemczech, problemy przy aktywacji internetu, żeby w ogóle gdziekolwiek działał, bo to samo miałem w Polsce i następnie po przekroczeniu granicy, po prostu nieporozumienie, tak jakby celowo utrudniali, tylko w jakim celu?!
  Nikomu nie polecam, bo po prostu szkoda pieniędzy i nerwów, 40 zł wrzucone w błoto. Wykorzystam pakiet ile się da i leci do kosza bezpowrotnie.
  I jeszcze mała uwaga, jawnie oszukują, że niby pakiet promocyjny dla nowych klientów za 50 % ceny, nic z tych rzeczy.

  Bardzo słaby zasięg w Warszawie, jedna kreska - to standard, bardzo wolny interten, przenesienie numeru przez stronę lycamobile nie działa, pomoc techniczna nie działa, wysyłane są SMS do Anglii z pobieraniem opłaty bez twojej wiedzy, o co chodzi z tymi SMS pomoc techniczna też nie wie.   W ofercie było i jest 70 Gb dla nowych klientów, a w apce i po sprawdzeniu kodem jest tylko 35 Gb. Nie ma to większego znaczenia, bo internet z plusa to tragedia. Zasięg na full, a transfer 3-4 mb. więc i tak nie do wykorzystania, ale wali oszustwem na kilometr. Brak MMS.

  Wykupiłem na początku roku odnawialny pakiet na rok, w trakcie trwania pakietu Lyca Mobile zmniejsza limity GB w roamingu! Zero rekompensaty, a płacę tyle samo. Okazuje się, że warunki pakietów w apliakcji też nie są zgodne z rzeczywistością (pokazuje większy limit GB przy wyborze pakietu! i się można zdziwić, że zamiast 4.9gb w roamingu odłącza internet po wykorzystaniu 2.9gb w trakcie wakacji). Przestrzegam innych, bo to oszustwo, a przy reklamacjach zbywają i nie odpisują!
