Jednym słowem DRAMAT!!!. NIECH POLSKIE ODPOWIEDZIALNE SŁUŻBY, ZABRONIĄ SPRZEDAŻY TEGO OPERATORA, PONIEWAŻ JEST TO JEDNE WIELKIE OSZUSTWO!!!!

  Mając ważny pakiet doładowałem konto za 50 zł i drugie doładowanie zrobiłem za 25 zł w celu uruchomienia pakietu za 69 zł.Po doładowaniu tych 25 zł sami uruchomili mi pakiet M zabierając z konta 25zl .Dzisiaj znowu doładowałem konto za 25 zł więc powinno być 75 zł plus 25 poprzednie.Po sprawdzeniu stanu konta mam 1 zł.Ukradli mi 100 zł.Ustawili system tak że po doładowaniu samoczynnie niski pakiet wchodzi.

  Do niedawna internet w lyca miał jeszcze jakiś sens (używałem pakiety XS 1GB na terenie PL internet 100min rozmów 100sms, dało się porozmawiać na głos, coś poogąlądać w internecie). Ale ostatnio nie można rozmawiać głosowo bo zrywa, internet też jak zawsze cholernie wolny, ale przerywa działanie, więc działa to gorzej niż na modemie telefonicznym. Obsługa klienta nie istnieje, autoodnawianie i możliwość łatwej wtopy kasy gdy zamiast z pakiety zacznie ciągnąć nie z pakietu zdarzyła się również. Jak w tym miesiącu sytuacja nie ulegnie poprawie zapominam o tej porażce i szukam czegoś normalniejszego.

  Kupiłem kartę SIM Lycamobile zarejestrowałem i doładowałem o ile w Polsce słabo ale działała to po przekroczeniu granicy z Niemcami internet i połączenia przestały działać. Okazało się że po godzinie używania normalnie internetu w romingu zjadło mi całe 50 zł. Próbowałem się kontaktować z biurem obsługi ale bez szans za każdym razem był komunikat że podaje błędnie numer telefonu.Bezradny doładowałem jeszcze raz kwota 50 zł gdyż chciałem mieć oferowane 10 giga internetu i tym razem w godzinę skończył mi się internet. Absolutnie nie polecam

  Mam również problem z przeniesieniem numeru od innego operatora. Wypełniam na ich stronie od dwóch miesięcy kilka razy dziennie formularz do przeniesienia numeru i cały czas wywala ten sam błąd. Obsługa po moich interwencjach co parę dni mi odpisuje, że już naprawili błąd a ten formularz dalej nie działa. Efekt jest taki, że muszę płacić za dwa numery u dwóch operatorów. Firma nie poważna. Nie potrafią sobie poradzić z tak prostą czynnością jak przeniesienie numeru.
  Drugi problem to oszukiwanie klientów na ofertach promocyjnych. Jak ktoś zapłaci im z góry za abonament za cały rok ( jest wtedy taniej) to nie otrzyma takiej ilości gigabajtów jak osoba, która płaci co miesiąc. Nigdzie wprost o tym nie piszą. Zorientowałem się dopiero po pierwszym okresie rozliczeniowym bo dostałem o połowę mniej gigabajtów niż pisało w ofercie. Nie da się z tym nic zrobić bo im zapłaciłem za rok z góry. Jest to ukryte oszustwo i naciąganie klientów. Jakbym od razu wiedział jak to działa i jak działa ich dział wsparcia technicznego to bym wybrał innego operatora. Nie polecam bo to kolejna firma cwaniaków w tej branży

Doładować konto przez internet można jedynie kartą płatniczą, nie można zrobić przelewu bankowego. Ściągają pieniądze z doładowanego konta, a pakiet się nie odnawia. Nie polecam, chyba że komuś zależy na w miarę tanich pakietach.

  Kupiłem starter w Żabce za 5 zł. Zarejestrowałem. Włożyłem do telefonu (drugi slot). Przyszedł sms odnośnie jaki mam numer, skonfigurowałem apn zgodnie z instrukcją Lyca. Wykonałem połączenie aby numer aktywował się w systemach Lyca. W domu mam zasięg LTE. Odczekałem ponad 3 godziny i włączyłem internet i zrobiłem speed-test: download 2 Mbps, a wysyłanie 0,01 Mbps. Myślałem, że padnę. To najgorzej wydane 5 zeta w ostatnich latach.

  Skusiłem się na atrakcyjny pakiet Wszystko w jednym XXXL za względu na pakiet danych do UE. Cały pobyt za granicą nie działał mi roaming na dane komórkowe. Codziennie kilkanaście minut spędzałem na rozmowach z obsługą klienta, po zapewnieniech że teraz już na pewno będzie działało dalej nic nie działało. 3 dni przed końcem urlopu zgłoszono moją sprawę do działu technicznego, oczywiście nikt się już nie odezwał. Po powrocie do Polski karta straciła zasięg i już go nigdy nie odzyskała. Tak straciłem 100 zł w Lycamobile. Nie polecam

  Podzielę się opinią, bo sam szukałem przed przenisienim numeru i nie znalazłem szczegółowych informacji. Kolega mnie namówił i się skusiłem. Przeniosłem numer. Od początku niespodzianki: siec lycamobile nie obsługuje mms, czyli nie możesz wyslać ani otrzymać mmsa od nikgo. Nie chwalą się tym na stronie. Ok, przeżyłem to jakoś. Po dwóch tygodniach zorientowałem się, ze moje smsy nie dochodza do jednego kolegi. Zaczełem sprawdzać, okazało się, że nie dochodzą do wielu numerów, nawet do numeru z lycamobile, do całej sieci t-mobile i innych. 3 razy dzwonilem na infolinie i tak nic nie pomogli.
